We've been using RosterPilot since March, and one of the biggest things I've appreciated is that it doesn't force you into one way of recruiting. Every coach has a different system. Some use an iPhone, others an iPad, and some still take notes on paper. RosterPilot adapted to how we recruit instead of forcing us to adapt. The biggest benefit has been eliminating the administrative work after recruiting events.

I've used everything from notebooks full of handwritten evaluations to note-taking apps while recruiting at the Division I level. RosterPilot puts evaluations, notes, video, and recruiting information in one place, making it easy for our staff to stay organized and share information instantly. It's clear the platform was built with coaches in mind.

One of the things we’ve really liked about RosterPilot is the flexibility it gives our staff. We can customize the tags we use, rearrange the information so the things that matter most to us are easy to see, and set up our recruiting board around the way we actually recruit. The Recruiting Board has been especially useful. Being able to see our positional needs, offers and commits in one place gives us a clear picture of where we are with each recruiting class and what we still need. Every staff has its own way of doing things, and RosterPilot gives us the ability to organize the system around our process instead of changing our process to fit the system.

The Depth Chart and Scholarship feature has probably been our favorite part of RosterPilot. Like a lot of programs, we were keeping our roster and scholarship information in multiple Google Sheets. Now we can see everything in one place. It makes it a lot easier to know where we are, what we have, and what we still need. Having our notes, video, and player information connected to each player has also been a big plus. When we're talking about a recruit, everything is right there instead of jumping between different spreadsheets and apps.

Being a coach at the NJCAA level means that you are doing something outside of baseball to earn more money. We need to maximize our time at any chance. RosterPilot makes the communication and storage of recruits seamless. The endless amount of packets and group txt with X profiles has come to an end. It saves us countless hours and helps us not miss a recruit.

RosterPilot has streamlined the recruitment process for us. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, allowing us to manage the recruiting process for each individual player more efficiently. By consolidating recruiting notes, evaluations, videos, and social media profiles in one place, it saves us valuable time.

RosterPilot has made it extremely easier for our staff to manage, communicate and share ideas on players, all in one spot. The tagging filters allow me to quickly find certain players instead of having to text my guys several times asking what they thought. We can immediately see evaluations, video and metrics.

One of the best parts of RosterPilot is the Depth Chart and Scholarship feature. Instead of managing our roster and scholarships across multiple Google Sheets, we can see everything in one place. We always know how much scholarship money we have available, where our roster stands, and where we still need to recruit.

We’re trying to be as dynamic and efficient as possible with our recruiting. RosterPilot has made that a lot easier. We can get our notes in, keep track of players, and have everything in one place instead of scattered across notebooks and spreadsheets. It’s helped us be more efficient with our time and maximize opportunities to get as much information as possible on our ‘future dudes.’

Organization, communication, and recruiting are the foundations of our program. RosterPilot has allowed us to combine all three in one place and be much more efficient. I love having my notes right at my fingertips, and being able to see our staff’s evaluations keeps everyone on the same page.
